As a coach, I intimately work with people to embody their purpose through somatics and mental clarity. Where else would we find our answers except for within us?
As a designer, I collaborate with heart-led organizations to transform what some see in black and white into bold and inviting art. What’s the point of living without beauty, anyways?

You’ll find me in a time when you feel stuck or confused about your life direction. Together, you’ll reconnect to your wisdom (through your body) and release mindset obstacles. What if you could live your purpose?

One of my biggest limiting beliefs was: “my voice doesn’t matter.” So of course, I did what I do with stories that don’t serve me:
Observed the belief and where it was born
Noticed the ways it was holding me back
Asked for support (I love getting coached too!)
Took committed action to create a new story
These days, I wholeheartedly ENJOY sharing my voice. Not only to live my purpose, but because I believe we ALL experience human connection and growth when we hear each other’s stories.
